Pitt head coach Pat Narduzzi and the Panthers coaching staff reeled in their 16th recruit of the 2019 cycle on Tuesday afternoon, as offensive lineman Matt Goncalves of Eastport-South Manor High School in Manorville, New York, took to Twitter to announce his commitment to the program.
