The Pitt football program is officially on a roll on the recruiting trail this weekend, as quarterback Davis Beville of Greenville, South Carolina, announced his commitment to the team on Sunday. Beville is the fourth 2019 recruit to commit to Pitt and the third since Travis Koontz on Friday.
“My entire circle of family, friends and coaches have been awesome, and I am forever grateful,” Beville said in a message posted on Twitter. “With that being said, I would love to announce that I am committed to the University of Pittsburgh.”
Rivals and 247Sports both consider Beville a three-star prospect as a pro-style quarterback, and the two recruiting sites both have him ranked among the top 30 at the position in the country.
