Wizards have six players test positive for COVID-19, impacting Suns postponed games

This seemed like another NBA game at the time.

Phoenix was closing out a three-game road trip while Washington looked to end a three-game losing skid.

At Monday night's end, the Wizards blasted the Suns, 128-107, in a game they led by as many as 32 points.

The two teams haven't played since.

The NBA has postponed Phoenix's next three games, all at home against Atlanta, Golden State and Indiana, and Washington's next four games with three being at home in accordance to NBA's health and safety protocols for the same reason.

Due to ongoing contact tracing within both teams, the Suns (7-4) and Wizards (3-8) don't have the NBA-minimum eight players available to play.
