The Knight has gone dark in Phoenix as former-projected Suns starter Brandon has been traded to Houston.
Phoenix, we have a problem…at point guard.
With the only experienced guy at the position being thrown overboard, the team is now in an interesting predicament. The trio of signed lead guards still on the roster have a total of 23 career NBA games under their belt. Two are rookies and the third only has a short stretch of time on a mostly forgotten season.
None are first round picks either.
The front office is expected to continue to pursue trade scenarios to bring on a suitable starting caliber point guard before the start of the season.
