The Phoenix Suns loss to Boston was a good thing

After entering half time with a 20 point, it seemed the Phoenix Suns might get their best win of the young season against the Boston Celtics. Up six with around a minute left, it still seemed likely. But as soon as Marcus Morris hit a three to tie the game with fractions of a second remaining, there was no doubt the Suns would fall in overtime.

With a 20 point lead and just 24 minutes to play, it’s hard to take a moral victory from an overtime loss. But there’s one there, and it shouldn’t be ignored.
