Suns Stage Comeback Win against Undermanned Cleveland Cavaliers

Against an undermanned Cleveland Cavaliers team, the Phoenix Suns managed to overcome an early 19-point deficit to secure a 117-111 win.

Leading the charge for Cleveland in the 1st quarter was Darius Garland, who racked up 21 points. Garland ended the 1st half with 25 points, including 6 made threes.

While the Suns were able to somewhat counter this performance, with their big three contributing 44 points combined and allowing the Suns to shoot at a 60% clip, it was once again turnovers (8) that caused them to slip into an almost 20-point deficit.

To conclude the 2nd quarter, Phoenix went on a 19-7 run, which cut the Cavs’ lead down to 7 heading into halftime.
