It took all of about 90 minutes on draft night in June for Sixers big man Joel Embiid to light the fire under a budding rivalry with Suns rookie Deandre Ayton.
Ayton may have stoked the flames a bit this weekend in New York at the NBA's rookie photoshoots.
While signing some rookie cards for Panini America (apparently not a delicious grilled sandwich company), Ayton went off script and drew his own.
Artistic criticism aside, the drawing depicted Ayton dunking over a player who appears to be wearing a Philadelphia No. 21 jersey.
So yeah, that's Embiid.
