Suns halts Hornets’ late fourth quarter surge, win 107-96

Devin Booker scored 21 points and posted 11 assists as the Phoenix Suns were able to withstand a late push by the Charlotte Hornets, winning 107-96 on Friday night.

Grayson Allen finished with 17 points and Bradley Beal had 15 for the Suns (39-28). Jusuf Nurkiu0107 recorded a double-double, netting 13 points and 21 rebounds in the victory.

Kickstarting the game, the Suns went on a 10-2 run before the Hornets crafted a 12-0 stretch of their own. Phoenix were ahead 28-26 at the end of the first quarter.

From there though, the Suns slowly found themselves expanding their lead by playing as a collective unit and Charlotte suffering shooting woes.
