Phoenix- The Phoenix Suns selected Andrew Harrison out of the University of Kentucky with the 44th overall pick of the NBA Draft, though he was quickly traded to the Memphis Grizzlies for 6-foot-10 power forward Jon Leuer and a future second round pick.
The former Grizzlies forward is a 5-year veteran that started six games for Memphis last season, while playing in a career-high 63 games. Leuer has averaged 4.6 points and 2.8 rebounds per game throughout his career with Memphis, Cleveland and Milwaukee.
Harrison, who was the first player the Suns have picked at 44th overall since they selected Greg McDivitt in 1970, will go to Memphis in the player for player swap.
