Coming in as the number one overall pick for the Phoenix Suns, Deandre Ayton should have less to work on than most rookies. But just like any other player there are places Ayton should specifically work on improving in the new year.
While going into the new year on a positive note, every member of the Phoenix Suns still has things to work on going forward, and the number one pick is no exception. Unlike many people, one resolution Ayton will not need is to spend more time in the gym improving his body.
Ayton will still need some workouts, although they should be focused on his mental game.
