Phoenix Suns looking to build off back-to-back wins, their first set in nearly a year

The Suns' win over the Mavericks on Thursday snapped a seven-game losing streak, and a 107-99 win over the Timberwolves on Saturday ended a much longer drought.

It was the first set of back-to-back wins for the Suns under Igor Kokoskov, and their first since Dec. 29, 2017.

Not only had the Suns failed to build on wins this season, they often looked gassed in the ensuing games. Up until Saturday, they had followed up each win with a double-digit loss, losing on average by more than 17 points.

While their record dipped, Josh Jackson felt their past two wins were a testament to ways they had still improved and to their potential.
