It’s obvious the Suns are in need of some backcourt help, but I don’t know if many expected this to be a route they went down. Jamal Crawford, who most recently played one year for the Minnesota Timberwolves, was spotted inside Talking Stick Resort Arenaon Friday whole James Jones was meeting with the media.
Last season, Crawford averaged 10.3 points and 2.3 assists in 20.7 minutes per game while shooting 33.1% on three-pointers.
This is interesting. Maybe something, maybe nothing. For the Suns to sign Crawford, a trade would definitely have to happen with the current roster crunch.
