Basketball fans got to witness a hard-fought battle between the Phoenix Suns and Denver Nuggets on Tuesday night, sparking a debate about who is better: Kevin Durant or Nikola Jokiu0107?
The Suns were leading 65-50 at halftime before the Nuggets forced overtime. But to come out of Denver, Durant and Phoenix pulled away by snatching a 117-107 win.
As a result of this, outlets like ESPN among others were drawing up comparisons and raising the question of who will have the better resume once their careers are all said and done.
“If the Nuggets win back-t0-back championships, will Jokic surpass KD [Kevin Durant] on the list of all-time greats,” ESPN said via X (formerly Twitter).
