Jerry Colangelo is thankful for what basketball has given him.
"I was seven years old and somebody handed me a basketball," the now 79-year-old Colangelo said. "It was the beginning of a love affair."
In return, the former Phoenix Suns’ owner continues to give back to the game with the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame as the latest beneficiary of his efforts.
