Today is usually my favorite day of the calendar year. It is a day that will undoubtedly evoke some type of extreme feeling, usually outrage, followed by a pang of hunger and competitiveness that will either be quenched or smashed over the next few weeks. It has nothing to do with the Phoenix Suns. This is would-have-been, should-have-been NCAA Tournament Selection Sunday.
In my very first post on this site, I made it clear my favorite sports team across all platforms is the Phoenix Suns, but my religion is Kentucky Basketball.
Year after year, I watch the selection committee screw the Cats over in favor of putrid teams like Duke and it boils my blood like a day by a Phoenix pool in July.
