In a recent episode of his podcast, Draymond Green revealed further details about the internal conflicts he was dealing with after he was suspended indefinitely from the NBA due to multiple non-basketball plays that led to ejections.
The final nail in the coffin that led to the NBA taking drastic measures came against the Phoenix Suns. Green was ejected following a “swing” at the Suns’ Jusuf Nurkic. While Nurkic was okay, this was the second major incident to occur in the past month with Draymond. The first incident, where Green put Rudy Gobert into a headlock, resulted in a five-game suspension.
