Devin Booker has broken his own Suns’ franchise record for most points in a quarter with 29 in the first quarter tonight against the Pacers.
His 29 points tie Joel Embiid for the most points in any quarter by any player this season. Booker made 10 of his 14 shots en route to a 40-31 first quarter lead for Phoenix. All of this comes after he scored 30 of his 46 points in the Suns’ blowout victory over the Dallas Mavericks Wednesday.
Booker now has the most 20-point quarters in the NBA this season.
