Just in case Deandre Ayton didn’t know, Devin Booker is making sure he realizes how big having Chris Paul as a teammate is.
“I’ve already pulled Deandre aside a couple of times and be like, 'This is what you needed and this what I needed also,'" Booker said. "That’s saying nothing against any player we’ve played with in the past, but Chris, he’s expects greatness out of us. He expects to win and he wants to win very badly.”
While Booker will benefit from sharing the backcourt with one of the game’s best point guard ever, Ayton may reap even greater rewards from playing with Paul.
