Phoenix has its first D'Angelo Russell billboard.
The billboard appeared Thursday at the intersection of 44th Street and Indian School Road with a simple message: "DLO X PHX."
Russell's nickname is "DLO."

The billboard, in the Suns' purple and orange colors and includes the hashtag "halloweenszn" with two eye emojis, a reference to a tweet sent by Russell last week that helped fuel speculation that he might come to the Suns.
