For the first time in a very long time, the All-Star weekend was a big weekend for me.
I would have loved to see Deandre Ayton play in the Rising Stars Challenge game but I’m also glad he decided to sit it out and let his bum ankle continue to heal. I like to think that the final score would have been at least a little closer than it was if Deandre had been on the court for Team World though.
In the Three-Point contest, Devin Booker actually surprised me a little as he didn’t have much time to prepare to compete in it.
