The Suns got a win both on and off the court on Tuesday night. Bright Side of the Sun raised enough money to donate a total of 3,340 tickets to local organizations that support valley kids, with the goal to focus on young people who would never otherwise get to go to an NBA game.
“I thought it was very cool because I’ve never been to a Suns game before and it’s just awesome being here,” said one 13-year old who attended with a group from the Boys and Girls Club.
Each year, the Suns work closely with several dozen local youth-oriented organizations and Bright Side is one of their biggest community partners.
