Phoenix Suns rookie sensation and probable future Hall of Fame inductee Deandre Ayton spoke to the media on Wednesday regarding the allegations that Nike gave Ayton’s mother a bunch of money because the top pick in the 2018 NBA Draft was really good at basketball in high school.
Ayton didn’t say much.
“To be honest, I have no comment on that,” Ayton said after Wednesday’s shootaround.
“I’m not really addressing that right now. I do not know anything about that, but the thing is for me to just focusing on finishing this season strong and just really polishing my rookie season and entering my first summer of the NBA.
