PHILADELPHIA – Igor Kokoskov really wanted this one for Devin Booker.
The first-time NBA head coach put more on the franchise player’s plate Monday night in Philadelphia when he started him at point guard.
Booker responded with 37 points and eight assists, but the Suns fell, 119-114, to the 76ers (12-7) much to the disappointment of Kokoskov.
“He’s growing as a player, he’s getting better,” Kokoskov said of Booker.
