Training Camp Updates - OEL is day to day, Yotes cut 11

As improved as the team looks this season, OEL is still probably the biggest pillar of the team. When he went down in overtime against the San Jose Sharks you couldn’t help but be concerned, especially when he was escorted off the ice with help and clearly favoring one leg. Thankfully Craig Morgan has mostly put our fears to rest:

Coyotes GM John Chayka said an exam revealed no structural damage to defenseman Oliver Ekman-Larsson's knee. He is considered day-to-day.

With the Coyotes already down one defenseman in Jakob Chychrun its great to hear that the Desert Dogs won’t be down two of their key defenseman for very long.
