The Coyotes will have a brand new video board when they open their 2018-19 home season on Oct. 6 against the Anaheim Ducks at Gila River Arena.
The team announced Thursday that, through a partnership with the City of Glendale and AEG, that it had purchased a high-definition display system and auxiliary displays to be hung at center ice.

The system itself has a much sharper look to it than the previous version and seems to feature a significant upgrade in graphics.
By looking at the team's video, it appears as though the monitors facing each goal are smaller than the ones facing the wide ends of the rink.
