Coyotes go scoreless in second straight game, fall to Ducks in Kuemper's 100th game

Darcy Kuemper stopped 23 shots, but the Arizona Coyotes were held scoreless for the second straight game in a 1-0 loss to the Anaheim Ducks Tuesday night at Gila River Arena.

The Coyotes (2-4-1) lost their fourth game in the past five despite outshooting the Ducks 31-24. John Gibson earned the shutout in net for Anaheim (3-2-2).

The Coyotes haven't scored in six straight periods in back-to-back 1-0 losses, to the Vegas Golden Knights on Sunday and the Ducks Tuesday. They couldn't help Kuemper out in the veteran goaltender's 100th game as a Coyote.
