Arizona Coyotes bring back goalie Adin Hill on 1-year deal

Arizona Republic

Adin Hill has apparently seen enough time on the ice in net, with results the team is satisfied with, for the Arizona Coyotes to retain his services.

The 24-year-old goaltender was signed to a one-year, one-way contract, the team announced on Tuesday. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Hill, from Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada, was 2-4-3 in nine starts in goal last season. He won two of his first four games as the starter in place of injured No. 1 and No. 2 goalies Darcy Kuemper and Antti Raanta, with one of those being an overtime shootout loss to the Pittsburgh Penguins on Jan.
