Jamiro Monteiro is coming back, according to a tweet by ESPN analyst and former Philadelphia Union broadcaster Taylor Twellman.
Twellman congratulated the Philadelphia Union front office on the deal in a tweet Friday morning prior to a formal announcement.

Monteiro, a 26-year-old Cape Verde international spent the 2019 season on loan with the Union from FC Metz in France.
