Union in the College Cup
Talen Energy Stadium will host the semifinals and championship match of the 2017 College Cup from December 8-10, but the tournament's first round begins Thursday. For Union fans, they won't have to look hard or far to see the impact the Union have had on the collegiate soccer landscape. A total of 17 players in the field played for the Union Academy, including 13 players who graduated from YSC Academy. Three of those players suit up for No. 1 Wake Forest, and have a great shot at playing on the Talen Energy Stadium pitch come December.
