Union named best pro sports fan experience in Philly
JD Power ranked sports franchises in terms of fan experience in 11 markets across the United States, and in Philadelphia, the Union were ranked No. 1. The study measured fan satisfaction with their overall experience at major pro sporting events. Fan satisfaction was evaluated across seven factors (in order of importance): seating area and game experience; security and ushers; leaving the game; arriving at the game; food and beverage; ticket purchase; and souvenirs and merchandise.
