MLS Announces 2019 Philadelphia Union Home Opener
Union to begin 2019 campaign at Talen Energy Stadium by hosting Toronto FC on Saturday, March 2;
Philadelphia then travels to face Sporting Kansas City in their home opener on Sunday, March 10
CHESTER, Pa. (December 19, 2018) – Major League Soccer today announced that Philadelphia Union will host Toronto FC in the club’s 2019 home opener. The match takes place on Saturday, March 2, and is the Union’s first match of the overall 2019 season, as the club begins the campaign at Talen Energy Stadium.
