Union to face busy schedule ahead with three games in next nine days

A busy few weeks are ahead of the Philadelphia Union, as the team prepares for three games in the next nine days, with the potential of key starting players being called up to the 2017 CONCACAF Gold Cup.

The three-game stretch will start when the team takes on DC United Saturday, followed by the Lamar Hunt US Open Cup Round of 16 match against New York Red Bulls June 28, and New England Revolution on July 2.

Also in that stretch is the US Men’s National Team’s camp for the 2017 CONCACAF Gold Cup. CJ Sapong, Alejandro Bedoya and Chris Pontius were named to the initial USMNT Gold Cup roster and are available to be a part of the final 23-man roster.
