Union look for positives after second consecutive draw

There was a good-news, bad-news quality for the Union in Saturday's 0-0 Major League Soccer draw against the host Los Angeles Galaxy before 25,008 at the StubHub Center in Carson, California.

It snapped a string of six consecutive games where the Union had allowed at least two goals. On the negative side, it kept the Union from being the only MLS team without a win. The Union are 0-4-4 and are winless in their last 15 regular season games dating back to last year.

Still, for a defense that had been leaking, coach Jim Curtin was encouraged by the performance.
