Soccer is coming back to Chester and Subaru Park in a couple weeks, but whether fans will be permitted in the stadium is still up in the air.
Philadelphia Union II will be hosting the Pittsburgh Riverhounds in the return of play in the USL Championship on July 18.
“We are in continued discussions with Pennsylvania state officials about what may be possible in terms of having fans in Subaru Park,” a statement from the team reads. “We will continue to abide by state and local guidelines and follow their recommendations, as the health and safety of our fans remains a top priority.
