The Union left the cold and windy Philadelphia for beaches and sunshine in Clearwater, Fla., for the final leg of preseason. The Union will play a scrimmage against Orlando City SC before competing in the Rowdies Suncoast Invitational, hosted by the Tampa Bay Rowdies. The Boys in Blue will battle Tampa Bay, Montreal and DC in the tournament, returning home at the beginning of March before traveling to Vancouver for the 2017 season opener.
While the team is down in Clearwater, some members of the team will be staying in Philadelphia. For Josh Yaro, that means starting his rehab to return to the Union from his shoulder surgery.
