When the Union face off against Sporting Kansas City tonight at 8:30 p.m. ET on The Comcast Network, SKC will be without midfielder Roger Espinoza due to yellow card accumulation.
Espinoza was carded for unsporting behavior against Portland Timbers, which was his sixth yellow of the season. It will be Espinoza's second suspension of the season, but first due to yellow card accumulation.
In the 2017 season, Espinoza has one goal and three assists in 18 matches played. Replacing Espinoza in Sporting KC's starting XI should be Jimmy Medranda.
