Sons of Ben President Bill Gusler has been a crucial member of the Philadelphia Union fan base since the club’s existence. Since the club's 2010 inaugural season, Gusler has not missed a home match. On Wednesday night, Gusler will attend his last match as Sons of Ben President as he prepares for a move to the Sunshine State.
"Wednesday will be the end of my streak, and it's bittersweet, more bitter than sweet, but I will cherish every memory and friendship made since 2010," Gusler said. "It's meant everything to me."
Gusler was raised in nearby Aston, Pennsylvania; ingraining Philadelphia sports into his blood.
