Tuesday morning, the Union announced three of its players received an international call-up during the November break. Warren Creavalle will play for Guyana in an international friendly, and Alejandro Bedoya will once again suit up for the US Men's National Team. But the headliner is CJ Sapong, who makes his first international appearance since 2012, and it comes at the heels of a career year with the Union.
Sapong's call-up is the 10th international call-up a Union player has received this season, furthering the desire of Sporting Director Earnie Stewart and Head Coach Jim Curtin to have Union players on the biggest stages.
