Keegan Rosenberry won’t get a chance to earn his first cap with the United States National Team this weekend after all.

The second-year defender and first-time camp invitee was one of five players released back to their clubs ahead of Sunday’s friendly against Serbia in San Diego. Taylor Kemp, Brian Rowe, Wil Trapp and Chris Wondolowski were the others while Gyasi Zardes will not travel because of a minor knee contusion.

The match will be the first under head coach Bruce Arena since 2006 and precedes a friendly with Jamaica in Chattanooga, Tennessee on February 3.
