Reports have surfaced from BeIN Sports that Fernando Aristeguieta is back training with FC Nantes as his loan with the Philadelphia Union nears expiration.
BeIN Sports is reporting that Fernando Aristeguieta has returned to FC Nantes and is training with the team. The 23 year old Venezuelan striker has been on loan from the Ligue 1 side to the Philadelphia Union through the end of the year. Union manager Jim Curtin had said recently that the club was trying to extend the loan, and while it's not uncommon for MLS players to train abroad during the offseason, the timing is curious to say the least.
