Head Coach Jim Curtin has preached the Union playing with confidence in games, and no one on the team has done so more than CJ Sapong. Entering the night, Sapong led the team in goals with four, and added his fifth, sixth and seventh during tonight's match. His seven goals match his goal total from last year, and Curtin said he believes Sapong will continue to succeed. Curtin said Sapong is playing with confidence, which is key for the rest of the season.
"CJ is very hot right now," Curtin said. "But it is a team effort, I thought the service he got tonight was excellent.
