Project home was recognized as Philadelphia Union’s Charity of the Match in the Union's 2-0 victory against Houston Dynamo.
Project Home started in 1989 to try and break the cycle of homlessness and poverty in its community. The non-profit's goal is to help adults, children and families through fostering a safe and respectful environment for its benefactors to support each other through struggles with self-esteem, recovery and help them gain the confidence to move toward self-actualization.
Project Home achieves its mission thorough a myriad of services, including street outreach and supportive housing, while also working with local government and business to provide affordable housing, economic development and environmental enrichment programs.
