It might have been cold when the Union players hit the practice field, but they were greeted warmly by close to 100 fans at their open practice at the Power Training Complex Training Grounds on Friday.
Things got under way with an active warm up, followed by three groups working on touch drills. The players also showed off some fancy footwork during agility drills.
Afterwards, the groups rotated between attacking the goal with Head Coach Jim Curtin and more footwork and agility work.
The club winded down practice by rotating through a 10v10 match and a 4v4 small-sided game.
