I had been feeling this strange sensation over the last few weeks about the Philadelphia Union. At first I thought it was just that I had had some amazing guacamole during the game. But as the feeling lingered, I knew it had to be something more. Dictionary.com defined it for me and I have listed it above. I am optimistic about the U. To wit: we lost last week but I felt we played rather well and could bounce back; Warren Creavalle got a red card and was unable to start this week but I was confident in the replacements; Ilsinho got hurt but I felt we could still win even while missing his creativity.
