A stoppage time winner and a crazy highlight reel save. Which did Union fans like better?
Union fans showed their appreciation for a clean sheet and a defender scoring the lone goal by rating all five defenders in the top six players in the fan poll for the latest win against DC United. In a mild upset Andre Blake beat out goal scorer Richie Marquez for the top fan vote getter, but Richie Marquez was the overall MVP when compiling all of the Union player ratings. Blake's sensational save was his challenging save but he came out aggressively a number of times to clear balls sent in by the United offense.
