Nyk Sessock will get a chance to make it back-to-back national titles for Philadelphia Union Academy / YSC Academy grads when Indiana plays Marshall for the College Cup final on Monday night.
Indiana beat Sessock’s former school, Pitt, on a late goal by Herbert Endeley to take a 1-0 lead they would not relinquish. Sessock transferred to Indiana after spending his first two seasons in college in Pittsburgh.
The Hoosiers will face Marshall, 1-0 winners over North Carolina in the first semifinal, for the championship on Monday night at WakeMed Soccer Park in Cary, North Carolina.
