Tonight’s matchup between the Philadelphia Union and the LA Galaxy is set up to be a clash of two teams with completely different mindsets. The Galaxy enter tonight first in MLS in goals scored with 22. Philadelphia will take the pitch ranked second in MLS in goals allowed with eight.
The Galaxy will trot out three guys in Giovani dos Santos, Gyasi Zardes and Robbie Keane who have combined for 13 goals this season. Each member of the goal-scoring trio is expecting to take the pitch tonight.
On Monday, Union head coach Jim Curtin acknowledged how dangerous the three scorers are, and gave his thoughts on why the Galaxy attack is so dangerous and what his message is to his club.
