Union goalkeeper Andre Blake still hasn’t fully recovered from the hand injury he suffered while playing for Jamaica at the CONCACAF Gold Cup final last month, and admitted Wednesday that he isn’t sure when he’ll be back on the field.

Blake suffered a laceration on his right hand in a collision with United States midfielder Kellyn Acosta, after diving to make a double-save on Acosta and Jozy Altidore. The wound took him out of the game, and required seven stitches.

The stitches haven’t been removed yet. Blake said they “should be out soon,” and that he’ll see doctors again “in a few days to get a better assessment.
