City Islanders attract new investor | CPBJ:
The Harrisburg City Islanders, who are seeking financial resources to fund a new stadium on City Island, have added a new partner to the team's ownership group.
Originally projected to open in March 2017 as home of Falcons owner Arthur Blank's new MLS team, the new target date is June 1, 2017.
