The Union hosted its Meet the Team fan event Wednesday night at the Dave & Buster’s in Penn’s Landing, which was a rousing success.
More than 700 Union fans turned out for the event to meet the players. Players posed for photos, signed autographs and made conversations with fans of all age groups.
“This event is absolutely fabulous,” said Denise Evans, attending her first meet the team event. “The players are down to earth, very happy that we’re all here and very appreciative of the fans. My family is loving it and I’m loving it.”
The first hour of the event was for VIPs of the Union.
